Sorry for this late wrap-up. It was bound to happen one day but… I’ve hit a reading slump *gasps of shock & horror* And with that, a blogging slump. So here’s a short wrap-up for the sake of wrapping up, I suppose.
I was still fine in June though, despite it being an odd month. I spent the first three weeks on vacation in the USA (California and Arizona), where I had a great time! Then, ever since I got back, I’ve been slightly MIA. My laptop was sort of broken so I had to get it fixed, and on top of that my mind’s been occupied, but I did get some reading done (when I wasn’t catching up on TV series).
Read in June
- Battle Royale by Koushun Takami
- Shoebox Project(fanfiction) by Jaida Jones
- Every Day (Every Day, #1) by David Levithan
- Six Earlier Days (Every Day #0.5) by David Levithan
- Eromenos by Melanie J. McDonald
- Blue is the Warmest Color by Julie Maroh
So a few things happened. I picked up this old fanfiction (I never read fanfiction anymore) and I wouldn’t usually list it as a book but this one’s just so good so yeah. Then after that, I participated in the week long LGBT Readathon hosted by Faye @ Daydreamer’s Thoughts. The last four books I read this month were for that. I might possibly write reviews on those books. Anyway, I wish I could’ve participated in Pride Month a bit more but alas.
Books were bought. I am just too tired to list and photograph them.
Reading in July
I am spending the rest of the summer at home (and at work, haha..) so it’s basically an anything-could-happen-summer. For now it looks like there’s no end to my reading slump, but who knows what will happen. In the mean time I am watching a shitton of tv series 😐
