Top Ten Tuesday: Ten 2014 Releases I Meant To Read But Didn’t Get To

Top Ten Tuesday I don’t usually pay special attention to recent releases… So initially I thought it was going to be hard to make this list. Turns out it wasn’t, and I actually have plenty of books that were published in 2014 and that have (mostly) been on my shelf since then and that I haven’t read yet (for shame!)

Ten 2014 Releases I Meant To Read But Didn’t Get To

  1. Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel
  2. Lies We Tell Ourselves by Robin Talley
  3. The Summer I Wasn’t Me by Jessica Verdi
  4. Far From You by Tess Sharpe
  5. The Miniaturist by Jessie Burton
  6. The Sleeper and the Spindle by Neil Gaiman
  7. The Silkworm (Cormoran Strike #2) by Robert Galbraith
  8. Granta 127: Japan
  9. The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman
  10. Liefdesdood in Kamara en andere Japanse verhalen edited/translated by Luk van Haute

    1. I don’t mind books for teenagers, I read a lot of YA anyway 🙂
Most reviews/opinions I heard were very positive, so now I’m super curious haha 😉

  1. Lies We Tell Ourselves made my TTT this week too. Just the book idea caught my attention, and I’m interested to see how Talley develops the characters and handles heavy topics. I’m not completely familiar with your other titles, but now I’ll be sure to check them out on Goodreads. Thanks for adding some new books to my TBR, and I hope you enjoy your reads:)
